Broadcast decisions to replace meetings

Instead of scheduling a meeting to decide priorities, decide them and post the result. "Here's what's in flight, here's who's on what, here's what I'm pulling in next." Most of the time nobody objects, and the people who do have a specific question you can handle in a thread. The meeting only needs to exist when there's a real conflict that async can't resolve. Let the meeting emerge from demand, not from a calendar invite. This only works when people can already see what's happening. Visibility before coordination is the prerequisite.
